Welcome to Anatomy! We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely manner, while ensuring the highest level of quality and service. Our shipping policy provides detailed information regarding the shipping methods, costs, and delivery timelines.

Domestic Shipping (US):

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

International Shipping (US Cross-Border):

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-30 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-6 business days.

Regional Carriers:

We leverage several regional carriers in the US to offer fast and affordable shipping options. The carriers include CDL Last Mile Solutions, United Delivery Service, Lone Star Overnight, OnTrac, and OSM Worldwide.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method chosen, the shipping zone, and the weight/dimensions of the package.

Delivery Guarantees:

Carriers do not guarantee a delivery date for standard shipments, and delivery dates are subject to change. Tracking will update to reflect the new estimated delivery date. We do not recommend stating that average standard shipment transit times are guaranteed.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may result in delayed or undeliverable orders. Any costs related to address corrections or re-shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.

Commercial Invoices:

For international orders, a commercial invoice is required. For B2C orders, the invoice is generated automatically from your ecommerce platform. For manual B2B shipments, you are responsible for attaching commercial invoices to each order.

Customs and Duties:

All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred.

Peak Shipping Times:

During peak shipping times (Thanksgiving through Christmas), we recommend adding an additional two business days to the average transit times.

Damages and Losses:

In the event of lost or damaged goods, we will facilitate the filing of claims with the carriers, though we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the carrier.

We reserve the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time, and any changes will be posted on this page.
